Oversight of PT, OT, and Speech Therapy departments Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee and direct the daily operations of the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology departments Lead, support, and coordinate the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team Manage therapy staff scheduling and caseload allocation Monitor departmental productivity and ensure efficient therapy operations Collaborate with facility leadership, physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care Ensure therapy evaluations, treatments, and clinical documentation comply with state, federal, and facility requirements Monitor quality of care and promote strong clinical outcomes across the rehabilitation department Track, audit, and report rehabilitation outcomes and quality-assurance metrics Provide direct patient evaluations and treatment when needed based on departmental demands Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy plans, progress, goals, and discharge planning Help maintain a collaborative, accountable, and resident-centered rehabilitation environment Qualifications & Requirements Professional License -

REQUIRED:
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program . SNF Experience -
REQUIRED:
Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) .
CPR - REQUIRED
Current and valid CPR certification.
Leadership Experience:
Previous Director of Rehabilitation, Assistant Director, or other therapy leadership experience is preferred .
