We specialize in treating traumatic brain injury (TBI), concussion, chronic pain, PTSD, vestibular disorders, and other complex neurological conditions in an intensive outpatient setting. Our collaborative team includes physicians, psychologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, rehabilitation therapists, and case managers working together to achieve exceptional patient outcomes. Position Summary The Director of Rehabilitation serves as the clinical and operational leader for the rehabilitation department at our Burbank clinic. This position oversees rehabilitation staff, supports interdisciplinary collaboration, ensures regulatory compliance, promotes clinical excellence, and partners with physicians and operations leadership to deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who enjoys mentoring staff, improving processes, and building a culture of accountability and collaboration. Essential Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for the rehabilitation department and interdisciplinary clinical staff. Mentor, coach, and develop team members while supporting professional growth and clinical excellence. Guide complex clinical decision-making and promote evidence-based care. Collaborate with physicians, clinic operations, and leadership to optimize staffing, scheduling, workflows, and patient care. Monitor quality measures, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Participate in leadership meetings and help support the strategic growth of the organization. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active and unrestricted California Physical Therapy license required. Minimum of two years of clinical Physical Therapy experience and at least one year of leadership or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting. Experience in workers' compensation, traumatic brain injury, concussion, chronic pain, vestibular rehabilitation, or neurological rehabilitation is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
