About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Multisite Clinic Director (MSCD) to oversee and manage multiple clinics, each supported by on-site Clinic Leads. The Multisite Clinic Director is entrusted with balancing strategic oversight, business performance, and clinical care across several locations. This role requires a visionary leader who can tailor operational and referral strategies to the unique needs of each clinic, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality patient care and experience. The Multisite Clinic Director establishes workflows, drives cross-clinic initiatives, and anticipates shared risks to safeguard long-term success. By developing and monitoring budgets for multiple clinics, mentoring clinic leaders, and standardizing best practices, this individual upholds a unified culture and brand across all sites. The Multisite Clinic Director leverages data-driven insights to resolve operational challenges and optimize resource allocation, playing a crucial role in the sustained growth and excellence of our clinic network. Duties & Responsibilities Tailor patient/employee referral strategies based on the unique needs of each clinic Ensure all clinics operate as role model sites, delivering consistent, high-quality patient care and experience Tailor strategies for each clinic to secure consistency and profitability across all locations Establish workflows and assignments for Clinic Leads regarding task completion, to ensure clinics run autonomously when MSCD is not present Drive strategies that account for cross-clinic interdependencies Anticipate and mitigate shared risks across clinics Develop, manage, and monitor budgets for multiple clinics simultaneously (implementing systemic adjustments to optimize outcomes) Ensure clinics uphold a unified culture and brand by coaching leaders, standardizing best practices, and reinforcing shared values Act as a mentor/role model for Clinicians, Clinic Leads, and Clinic Directors Use data and dashboards to anticipate and resolve clinical and operational issues across all clinics Align staffing and resources across clinics to match patient mix and maximize EBITDA Skills & Qualifications Valid state licensure as a clinician (PT, OT, PTA, OTA) Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy, or completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant/Occupational Therapy Assistant program CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred) Has a list of strong referral sources within the community, preferred Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation package designed to support both personal and professional well being.
