Position Summary The Director of Physical Therapy is responsible for the clinical, operational, and strategic leadership of the PT and OT departments. This individual will oversee therapists and support staff, drive growth initiatives, maintain clinical excellence, and collaborate closely with orthopedic providers. Essential Responsibilities Clinical leadership and patient care Department leadership and staff development Operations, quality improvement, and compliance Growth, marketing, and business development Strategic planning and expansion of rehabilitation services
Qualifications Required:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) California PT license or eligibility Minimum 5 years outpatient orthopedic experience
Preferred:
Leadership experience Orthopedic surgery practice experience Sports medicine background OCS, SCS, FAAOMPT, or Dry Needling certifications Compensation 5-7 years: $130,000
- 145,000 7-10 years with leadership: $145,000
- 160,000 10+ years with management experience: $160,000
- 180,000+ Exceptional candidates: $180,000
