FUNCTION
: Supervises the Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy staff who, under physician prescription, evaluate and treat patients of all ages. The Manager is responsible for overall supervision, coordination, and administration of the department activities. The Manager is expected to follow Company philosophy in administering department services and fulfilling community needs.QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy
- Must possess current and unencumbered license in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Physical Therapy
- Demonstrates ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to fulfill job requirements
- Must have three to five years of clinical experience, preferably with Geriatric population, with at least one year of supervisory experience
