In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the Rehabilitation and Fitness Departments to include staff utilization, budgetary responsibility, internal marketing, support of well-being programs, departmental and regulatory compliance, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology); Master's degree is preferred For SLP candidates, an active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) is required Minimum of three years' direct patient care experience Minimum of one year' management experience Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more! Pay Range:
$94,420.00 - $114,875.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
