Director of Rehab:

Current Florida license in one of the following disciplines: (RPT) Physical Therapist (OTR) Occupational Therapist (SLP) Speech Language Pathologist Must have current CPR Experience of the (DOR)

At least one (1) year Skilled Nursing experience #INDOTPT
