Full-Time Country Lane Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our in-house therapy department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services while ensuring strong clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, and compassionate, resident-centered care. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise therapy staff, including Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Occupational Therapists (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) Ensure all therapy personnel maintain active licensure and meet federal, state, and facility regulatory standards Oversee therapy documentation, scheduling, billing coordination, and quality assurance audits Maintain high clinical standards while driving operational efficiency and performance metrics Develop and implement innovative therapy programs to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership to support facility-wide goals and quality initiatives Qualifications Candidates must hold a current PT, PTA, OT, or SLP license Graduate of an accredited therapy program applicable to their licensure Minimum of three (3) years of direct patient care experience At least one (1) year of management or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred, or demonstrated leadership within a clinical role Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills Benefits Package We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.
