Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight for rehab programs across multiple client facilities Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary therapy teams (PT, OT, SLP, and allied health) Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes Collaborate with recruiters to align clinician skills with facility needs and patient populations Optimize staffing models, productivity, and resource utilization Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical best practices Foster a clinician-first, collaborative culture focused on integrity and communication Support professional development, training, and performance evaluations for therapy staff Build and maintain strong relationships with client facilities and key stakeholders Required Skills Rehabilitation program management Clinical leadership and staff supervision Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and payer regulations Quality improvement and outcomes management Healthcare operations and budgeting Electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation standards Interdisciplinary team collaboration Regulatory and accreditation compliance Data analysis and performance metrics Strategic planning and change management
