This leadership role is entrusted with the strategic development and oversight of our rehabilitation program, ensuring its effectiveness, integrity, and alignment with The Salvation Army's mission and values. You'll provide comprehensive oversight of staff, program coordination, and community engagement to advance program objectives and spiritual impact. What You'll Do Program Leadership Provide visionary leadership in program development and supervision Evaluate program effectiveness and adapt plans as needed Chair rehabilitation staff and grant meetings Oversee beneficiary orientation and program standards Manage center's activity schedule and staffing Provide individual and group counseling Assess spiritual needs and facilitate referrals Collaborate on work therapy assignments Administrative Management Oversee administrative tasks and documentation Monitor electronic beneficiary files and data entry Prepare comprehensive program reports Participate in budget preparation and monitoring Manage program expenditures Staff Development & Supervision Recruit, train, and supervise program team Provide training on TSA ARC Program policies Manage staffing schedules and timecard approvals Conduct regular staff reviews Supervise Internship Training Program Community Engagement Build relationships with community agencies Foster appropriate referral networks Promote Salvation Army mission and values Develop strategic partnerships Why Join Us Mission-driven work that supports programs in your community On-the-job training Team-oriented environment Employee Discount, Employee Assistance Program, and more!
