Position Summary:
The Director of Rehabilitation Services will oversee all rehabilitation programs within Compass Health Services, including the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), and lead the expansion and development of new rehabilitation initiatives. This position requires a visionary leader capable of balancing strategic planning, compliance, and operational management to drive growth and enhance service delivery. The Director will supervise Program Directors and Managers at each location, ensuring adherence to state regulations, implementing quality assurance measures, and optimizing service efficiency. Regular travel to all locations is required to maintain alignment, support staff, and ensure program success.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategic Growth Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Rehabilitation Services division, aligning with Compass Health Services' overall mission and goals. Oversee the development and implementation of new rehabilitation programs to expand the scope and impact of services offered. Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities, set goals, and develop strategies to increase revenue and program impact. Operational Management Oversee day-to-day operations of all rehabilitation programs, including the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), ensuring consistency and efficiency across all locations. Supervise and provide leadership to Program Directors at each site, fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment. Conduct regular visits to all locations to monitor performance, offer support, and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain systems to track client services, ensuring proper authorizations, timely appointments, and accurate billing. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all rehabilitation services comply with state and federal regulations, including COMAR (Code of Maryland Regulations). Implement and oversee a comprehensive quality assurance program to maintain the highest standards of care and service delivery. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed on regulatory changes and ensure all programs adapt accordingly. Financial Oversight Manage the financial health of the Rehabilitation Services division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Monitor revenue streams and implement strategies to ensure the division remains profitable and financially sustainable. Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability. Staff Development & Support Recruit, train, and mentor Program Directors, Managers and other key staff within the Rehabilitation Services division. Create professional development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and improve performance. Foster a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

From $81,000.00 per year
