None Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to provide leadership and oversight for the rehabilitation department in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and demonstrated leadership skills to ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient department operations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support the rehabilitation team across all therapy disciplines. Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently. Lead and participate in facility and management meetings. Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation programs and clinical initiatives. Oversee compliance with documentation standards, screenings, and chart audits. Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation. Monitor staff adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with facility leadership and regional management to achieve departmental and patient care goals. Promote quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and excellent patient care. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) . Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation experience required. Active Missouri therapy license (or eligible to practice in Missouri) required. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Candidates must be submitted at the posted bill rate.
Pay:
$2,000.00 - $2,350.00 per week
