Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation services within a comprehensive healthcare setting. This pivotal role involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation programs designed to optimize patient recovery and functional independence. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in rehabilitation medicine, clinical team leadership, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care across diverse populations. As a key leader, you will foster a collaborative environment that promotes professional development, adheres to best practices, and aligns with organizational goals for quality and safety. BLS & Licensed PT, OT, ST, PTA, or COTA in the state of Missouri. Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting . Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines
  • Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently
  • Lead and participate in all facility meetings as scheduled by the regional or management
  • Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives
  • Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards
  • Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits
  • Ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care
  • Providing therapy services to patient's as appropriate
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting
  • Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance
  • Ability to manage staff performance and clinical quality
Pay:
$2,504.00 - $2,610.00 per week
