About the
Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Director of Rehab to lead our team at Lemay Nursing Center. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization and ensuring that we provide the highest quality care to our residents. You will need to be able to manage resources effectively. Your leadership and guidance will be critical in maintaining our reputation as a top provider in the industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in physical or occupational therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with diverse populations Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the rehabilitation industry Experience with program development and evaluation
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality care is provided to clients Manage budgets and resources effectively Lead and mentor a team of professionals Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Skills:
