The Director of Rehabilitation / DOR position is to oversee the delivery of high-quality rehabilitative care to residents, managing therapy staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Provide excellent leadership and management to the therapy team Collaborate with other health care professionals in the assessment, planning, and safe implementation of all therapy. Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do. Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff. Provide clinical oversight Create positive resident outcomes. Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated. Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity always.
