Full-Time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) - Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) Autumn Care of Raeford | Skilled Nursing Facility Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) - Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to join Autumn Care of Raeford , a supportive skilled nursing facility in Raeford, NC . This is a great opportunity for an experienced SLP looking to step into a leadership role while continuing to make a meaningful impact on patient care and rehab outcomes.
