This growing Joint Commission accredited 200-bed non-profit acute care hospital is searching for a Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation to lead a dynamic, patient-centered team. About the Role You'll oversee a 17-bed acute inpatient rehab unit caring for patients recovering from stroke, orthopedic injuries, TBI, and complex medical cases. With an average length of stay of 11-14 days and a census poised for growth, you'll guide the unit forward with both strategy and heart. You'll work side-by-side with a collaborative Medical Director and have the support of coordinators and a secretary so you can focus on developing people and programs.
