Director of Rehabilitation Services (PT/OT)

We are hiring a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy team within a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with leadership experience in a SNF setting.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department Supervise, mentor, and support PT and OT staff Develop and implement individualized therapy programs Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans Monitor outcomes and adjust programs to improve patient results Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Participate in staff training and performance management

Qualifications:

Licensed PT or OT (required) Minimum 3 years of skilled nursing facility experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of rehab regulations and best practices
