Job Description

Director of Rehabilitation We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes Monitor clinical performance, productivity, and quality measures Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental budgets Promote a positive culture focused on patient-centered care and excellence
Qualifications:
Licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA preferred Previous rehabilitation leadership experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting Strong knowledge of rehabilitation services, compliance, and reimbursement Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Join our team and help residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
