VNA Health Group is seeking a dynamic Therapy Manager to lead our therapy team serving patients throughout Essex and Hudson Counties . This role offers the unique opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and program development while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients receiving care in their homes. As a Therapy Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping rehabilitation services, supporting therapists, driving quality outcomes, and ensuring patients receive exceptional, coordinated care where they are most comfortable, at home. What You'll Do As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will: Provide clinical oversight and leadership for rehabilitation services across the service area. Guide, mentor, and support Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. Conduct therapy evaluations and home visits as needed to support patient care and clinical excellence. Develop, implement, and oversee individualized plans of care that promote optimal patient outcomes. Manage and enhance rehabilitation programs to ensure effective service delivery and utilization. Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying opportunities for program improvement and growth. Serve as a clinical resource and educator for rehabilitation staff, fostering professional development and best practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Promote compliance with agency policies, regulatory requirements, infection control standards, and safety practices. Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives and organizational education programs. Support operational goals while cultivating a culture of accountability, engagement, and excellence. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology. Current New Jersey professional license in your respective discipline. Minimum of 5 years of clinical rehabilitation experience. Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and technology. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout Essex and Hudson Counties. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related rehabilitation discipline. Previous supervisory, management, or team leadership experience. Working Environment This role combines field-based patient care, team leadership, and administrative responsibilities. Regular travel throughout Essex and Hudson Counties is required. Responsibilities include driving, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and utilizing mobile technology for clinical documentation and communication. In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $92,000 to USD $120,000.
