• Director of Rehabilitation
• This position allows for a Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist to manage and supervise the therapy operations at our Embassy of Woodview location.

Our facility located 15 minutes Southwest of Downtown Columbus is conveniently located off Route 62 and I-270. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. We are committed to providing care so every resident can reach peak independence and functionality. Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record of getting results! The therapy gym is spacious and equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions.

• Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the rehabilitation staff, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with licensed therapists.
• Oversee the provision of direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance and support to therapists in implementing best practices and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

• Experience:

• A degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
• State licensure as a therapist or eligibility for licensure as required.
• Proven experience in healthcare management or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity fiscal management practices.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with Net Health or similar electronic health record systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards excellence.
