Occupational Therapist Job Summary:
Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center, a compassionate and patient-centered organization, is seeking a skilled and motivated OT - Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated therapy team in Erie, Pennsylvania. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Complete OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions to residents in a skilled nursing/rehab setting Collaborate with PT, ST, Nursing, and interdisciplinary team members Document services accurately and in compliance with state and federal guidelines Educate residents, families, and staff on adaptive equipment and functional strategies
What We're Looking For:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Pennsylvania Skilled nursing/rehab experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, resident-centered approach
