$90,000 - $120,000 Annually ? Full-Time Leadership Opportunity Lead a Dedicated Therapy Team We are seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead a talented and collaborative therapy team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed therapist who is passionate about patient outcomes, team development, and delivering exceptional rehabilitative care. Responsibilities Oversee daily rehabilitation department operations Lead and support therapy staff Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards Develop and implement individualized treatment programs Monitor patient outcomes and quality initiatives Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on exceptional resident care Qualifications Required Licensed PT, OT, ST, PTA, or COTA (or eligible for state licensure) Graduate of an accredited therapy program Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to quality patient care and team collaboration Preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation experience Knowledge of Medicare and rehabilitation regulations Benefits Competitive salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Continuing Education Support Professional Growth and Advancement Opportunities If you're ready to lead a rehabilitation team that values excellence, collaboration, and compassionate care, apply today. #IndeedT2
