Full-Time Majestic Gardens at Memphis seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our talented therapy team. Our therapy department is made up of dedicated rehab professionals who share an unwavering commitment to excellence, ethics, creativity, and empowering patients to reach their highest level of independence. As an integral part of the community we serve, we provide a wide range of services—including outpatient, hospice, sports medicine, and home health—delivering individualized care through evidence-based practice in a relaxed, supportive environment that promotes healing and restoration.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and supervise the therapy team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Promote a culture of ethics, creativity, teamwork, and clinical excellence Oversee daily operations of the rehab department, including scheduling, productivity, and staffing Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and documentation standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement effective treatment plans Utilize evidence-based practices to meet individual patient needs and optimize outcomes Monitor patient progress and departmental performance metrics Support program development and community outreach services Maintain positive relationships with patients, families, physicians, and staff Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
Qualifications:
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical skills with a passion for patient advocacy Excellent communication and organizational abilities Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and reimbursement systems is a plus Why Join Majestic Gardens at Memphis ?
