How you'll contribute: A Program Director, Rehabilitation who excels in this role:- Responsible for the total operation of the rehabilitation program
- Plans, directs and coordinates program activities to ensure that company and client goals are met

What we're looking for: Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech therapy and TX State Licensure for Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Therapy.Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
- Track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is preferred
- Provision of own transportation
