How you'll contribute: A Program Director, Rehabilitation who excels in this role:

• Responsible for the total operation of the rehabilitation program
• Plans, directs and coordinates program activities to ensure that company and client goals are met

Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities. What we're looking for: Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or speech therapy and TX State Licensure for Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Therapy.

Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is preferred
• Provision of own transportation
