Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Director of Rehab to lead multidisciplinary therapy services in a healthcare setting. In this leadership role, you'll oversee physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. You'll drive clinical outcomes, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with facility leadership. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of rehab services across assigned facility or network Lead, mentor, and schedule physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams Ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care and regulatory compliance Collaborate with facility leadership on care plans, census, and utilization goals Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation standards, and productivity metrics Develop and implement rehab policies, procedures, and best practices Support onboarding, training, and performance reviews of clinical staff Coordinate staffing needs with Jackson Therapy Partners recruiters Drive patient satisfaction and service excellence initiatives Report on department performance and support continuous improvement Required Skills Rehabilitation program management Physical, occupational, or speech therapy clinical expertise Healthcare regulatory compliance Staff leadership and supervision Clinical documentation and EMR systems Interdisciplinary care coordination Productivity and census management Quality improvement in rehab services Scheduling and staffing optimization Patient outcomes measurement Budgeting and resource allocation Communication with physicians and nursing leadership Training and onboarding clinical staff Conflict resolution and performance management Knowledge of payor and reimbursement requirements
