Description In-house Therapy Team with Excellent Leadership! Woodland Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation , a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility, is currently seeking a therapist with prior experience in skilled nursing and long term care to lead our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a PT, PTA, OT, OTA or SLP who is passionate about delivering the best possible care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy, inter-disciplinary team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programs in cognition, wound care, balance, wound care, return to home, and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities as well as many opportunities for career growth with our growing organization.
