Responsible for the oversight and management of the Rehabilitation Department, consisting of PT, OT, and/or Speech. Assesses, plans, and implements processes relating to patient evaluation and treatment, as required. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Responsibilities Develops and manages the operating and capital budgets; directs daily operations and performance of staff; has ability to hire, fire and discipline.
