/ PTA or COTA Opportunity This job was posted and verified on 04/07/2026 We are seeking a Registered Physical or Occupational Therapist, Licensed Speech Pathologist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team at Pecan Valley in San Antonio, TX, as an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation . We are offering a DOR-in-Training program with hands on opportunities to learn management from one of our proven top leaders and prepare to become a Rehab Director in our growing organization. The position is divided between management training (20%) and patient care responsibilities (80%).
