Job Description
Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Director of Rehab to lead multidisciplinary therapy services for a healthcare partner. In this leadership role, you'll oversee PT, OT, SLP, and allied health teams, driving quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations. Partner closely with facility leadership and Jackson recruiters on staffing, scheduling, and program growth. You'll champion a clinician-first culture, support training and mentorship, and implement evidence-based rehab programs that enhance patient function and experience across diverse care settings. Sign-on bonus offered. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of rehabilitation services across assigned facility or region Oversee clinical quality, patient outcomes, and compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements Supervise, mentor, and schedule multidisciplinary rehab teams, including PT, OT, SLP, and allied health staff Coordinate with facility leadership to align rehab programs with organizational goals and census needs Analyze performance metrics, productivity, and financials to optimize staffing and service delivery Develop and implement evidence-based therapy programs and best practices for diverse patient populations Ensure accurate documentation, billing integrity, and adherence to company policies and procedures Partner with Jackson Therapy Partners recruiters to support staffing, onboarding, and retention of clinicians Support professional development, training, and performance reviews for therapy staff Foster a clinician-first, collaborative culture focused on patient-centered care and strong communication Required Skills Rehabilitation program management Clinical operations management Physical therapy practice Occupational therapy practice Speech-language pathology coordination Healthcare regulatory compliance Productivity and financial analysis Staff supervision and performance management Interdisciplinary team leadership Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Utilization review and reimbursement knowledge Quality improvement in rehab services Scheduling and workforce planning Patient outcomes measurement Policy and procedure development
