Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a Director of Rehab to lead multidisciplinary therapy services for a healthcare partner. In this leadership role, you'll oversee PT, OT, SLP, and allied health teams, driving quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations. Partner closely with facility leadership and Jackson recruiters on staffing, scheduling, and program growth. You'll champion a clinician-first culture, support training and mentorship, and implement evidence-based rehab programs that enhance patient function and experience across diverse care settings.
