Responsibilities:

Lead daily clinic operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, quality standards, and patient care excellence Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and performance management for a multidisciplinary team Monitor and analyze key metrics (productivity, quality, financials) to drive performance and continuous improvement Maintain a manageable patient care caseload based on clinic volume Support staffing needs, onboarding, and ongoing professional development Ensure compliance with policies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements Manage clinic financial performance, including budget and expense oversight Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and strong employee engagement Partner with leadership and business development to support program growth and referral relationships Represent the organization with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

Required:

Master's Degree or PhD in

Applied Behavior Analysis, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Required:

CURRENT AND ACTIVE

with Board Certification and state licensure if applicable per state in specific discipline

Required:

Experience working with children ages 0-18 implementing the principles of

Applied Behavior Analysis, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Required:

2-5 years working with children with developmental disabilities

Preferred:
