Qualifications Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:
One to two years of experience in a leadership/management role. Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant /Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program. Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program and Certificate of Clinical Competency. Current state licensure or certification as a
