Job Description

Overview Ignite your leadership potential as a Director of Rehabilitation, where you will spearhead comprehensive rehabilitation services within a dynamic healthcare environment. This pivotal role involves guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care, fostering innovative therapy programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Duties Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, setting strategic goals to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of therapy programs across various disciplines such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies to maintain high-quality care delivery Collaborate with medical staff, administrators, and external partners to coordinate patient treatment plans and optimize resource utilization Supervise department staff by recruiting, training, mentoring, and conducting performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment Monitor departmental budgets, manage staffing schedules, and oversee equipment procurement to ensure smooth daily operations Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing clinical data, patient feedback, and industry best practices to refine service quality Requirements Proven experience in rehabilitation leadership within a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of clinical operations and team management Valid licensure or certification in relevant therapy disciplines (e.g., PT, OT, SLP) as required by state or national regulations Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage patients and families Demonstrated ability to develop innovative programs that improve patient outcomes and departmental efficiency Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (such as CARF or JCAHO), and reimbursement processes A passion for leading teams with enthusiasm while maintaining a focus on compassionate patient-centered care Join us in making a meaningful difference! Pay:
$88,595.83 - $106,696.05 per year
