$22-25/hr depending on experience Position Summary Wholeness Center is seeking a dependable, patient-oriented EEG Technician Assistant to support our brain-mapping and neurotechnology services. You'll set up and record EEG (brainwave) data using dry-cap systems, follow standardized protocols, and help ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for patients. This is a hands-on, in-person role ideal for someone interested in neuroscience, psychology, health tech, or pre-med. You'll be trained and supported by Axon EEG Solutions, a national leader in brain-based reporting and neurofeedback, while being fully embedded in the Wholeness Center team. No specific EEG experience required — we will train you. This is about reliability, personability, and attention to detail. What You'll Do 1. EEG Recording (Dry Cap System) Set up dry EEG caps and sensors (no gel or adhesives) Follow structured recording protocols (~25-30 min per session out patient) Monitor signal quality (with guidance) Upload and label recordings for Axon report processing Recordings will be done on both adult and children 2. Equipment & Inventory Replace EEG sensors weekly (plug-in style) Clean and disinfect EEG caps and tools Maintain organized storage and restock as needed 3. Clinic Support (As Needed) Assist with neuromodulation delivery as needed in the clinic Help neurofeedback staff with room resets and smooth transitions Administrative work such as reporting and filing of completed reports
Growth Path:
Report Support Once you are fully trained in EEG recordings, this role may expand to support Axon EEG's reporting process. You'll receive mentorship and task-based training from Axon EEG's clinical team to assist with: Labeling and organizing EEG data for review Uploading files into secure systems Pre-filling clinical templates based on checklists Flagging data inconsistencies or missing info This is not a remote job . All support tasks are performed on-site .
