JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing support to the Career, Technical, and Adult Education (CTAE) Programs to ensure compliance with district, state, and federal program guidelines. This includes providing student and staff support, professional development, program evaluation and implementation, career preparation strategies, industry certification facilitation and other duties that support the work of the department and district. Employee in this position will supervise Certified Nursing Assistants as directed.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in the field of Education, or related field
• Three years' experience working in a CTAE program OR
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
• Two years' professional nursing experience required
• One year of experience in nursing home services required; i.

e.., care of the elderly, chronically ill of any age
