Job Description
Sticks Diagnostics & Healthcare Training Center is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced EKG Technician Instructor to lead educational programs in cardiac monitoring and related clinical skills. Position Overview The ideal candidate will provide engaging classroom instruction and hands-on training to prepare students for entry-level roles in electrocardiography. Key Responsibilities Teach EKG principles, cardiac anatomy, and rhythm interpretation Instruct students on lead placement, machine operation, and patient preparation Deliver hands-on clinical skills training Evaluate student performance and competency Maintain attendance and academic documentation Foster a supportive, professional learning environment Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Candidates must meet one (1) of the following: ✔ Certified EKG Technician (NHA, NCCT, or equivalent) AND minimum 5 years of clinical experience OR ✔ Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unencumbered license ✔ Clinical experience in cardiac care, telemetry, or critical care OR ✔ Telemetry Nurse / Cardiac Nurse ✔ Minimum 3-5 years of cardiac monitoring experience
