DSP (Part Time, Weekends, On Call) Clear Creek Services - 4.5 Fremont, CA Job Details Part-time $23 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid sick time Qualifications Working with individuals with disabilities Patient transfer methods English Assisting with ADLs Medical emergency response High school diploma or GED Driver's License Direct support First aid and CPR Full Job Description •If you are interested in NOC shift we require you to be employed with Clear Creek Services for at least 3 months• Responsibilities Create a safe, happy, fun, and respectful life for residents. Provide assistance in all aspects of daily living. Follow response procedures for all home emergencies (medical/dental, behavioral, natural incidents) Assist with maintenance and sanitation of home and surroundings Job Requirements Prior experience providing direct care and supervision to persons with special needs is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate with residents, their families, and staff. Able to meet Title 22 requirements, including, but not limited to: Minimum age 18 High school diploma or GED certificate Fingerprinting and clear criminal record Health screen and TB clearance (TB clearance every two to five years thereafter) CPR and first aid training (and every two years annually) Valid and current California driver's license and clear driving record (for drivers) Ability to lift 50 lbs (to transfer individuals).
