401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Diamond Care Transportation is an established non emergency medical transportation company operating since 2016, now looking to launch a licensed commercial ALS ambulance division in the Maryland/DC metro region. New equipment, professional dispatch, and a leadership team that treats crews with respect. We do care. The Role We are hiring paramedics for inter-facility ALS transports — hospital-to-hospital transfers, discharges, dialysis, and scheduled medical transports. Responsibilities Provide ALS-level patient care during inter-facility and scheduled transports Complete accurate electronic patient care reports (ePCR) for every transport Conduct vehicle and equipment checks at shift start; maintain ambulance readiness Communicate professionally with sending/receiving facility staff, patients, and families Operate in full compliance with Maryland EMS protocols and company policy Requirements Current Maryland Paramedic license, OR active NREMT-Paramedic registration (we will support your Maryland reciprocity — NREMT active status plus a MIEMSS protocol orientation gets you licensed) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Current
BLS/ACLS
