Job Description

Day and Night Shifts available!!! 40 hours at regular pay and 20 hours at time and a half. Direct Support Professionals serve individuals who need assistance with daily living skills. These can include medical, behavioral, and independent living tasks. Direct Care Professionals are required to complete extensive training on participant behaviors, legal status, daily living skills, and medical necessities. The Residential Habilitation Program serves individuals that have qualified for the State's Developmental Disability Waiver. These individuals will be living in their home and will be staffed anywhere from a few hours a week up to 24 hours a day.
Requirements:
Must have a valid drivers license Ability to work an 8 to 12 hour shift An insured, registered, and reliable vehicle Be able to pass a background check Our Organization Progressive Behavior Systems has been serving the state of Idaho since 2002.
