Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team at Adams County EMS, a hospital-based emergency medical service dedicated to providing 911 response and inter-facility transports for both critical and non-critical patients. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and requires 24-hour shifts with 72 hours off in between. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with various agencies, including Fire, Police, and EMA, while navigating challenging environmental conditions such as extreme temperatures and inclement weather. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain professionalism in your interactions with hospital staff, including doctors and nurses, ensuring the highest level of care and cooperation in a fast-paced setting. Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements:
7:00 AM to 7:00 AM - 24 Hour Shift High School Diploma or GED Indiana State Basic EMT Certification Valid Driver's License BLS/CPR Certification Recommended certifications include ACLS, PHTLS, PEPP or PALS, NRP, and
AMLS. EMT
