At Ostara, we provide a range of services that help people live independently in their own homes with the reassurance that support is available whenever they need it. Our Telecare service offers peace of mind to customers and their families, knowing that help is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As an Ostara Responder , based at our Head Office, you will respond to emergency calls from customers who may have fallen, feel unwell, require assistance, or simply need reassurance. You will play a vital role in supporting some of the most vulnerable members of our community, helping them to remain safe, independent, and connected to their homes. About You We are looking for someone who is caring, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent customer service. You will be calm under pressure, able to work independently, and confident in responding to a variety of situations.

You will have:

A caring and empathetic approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to remain calm and make decisions in emergency situations. An understanding of the importance of supporting independent living. The ability to build positive relationships with customers, families, and partner agencies. A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. Working Pattern This role operates on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern : 3-day shifts | 3 rest days | 3-day shifts | 3 rest days | 3-night shifts | 3 rest days | 3-night shifts | 3 rest days Why Join Ostara?
