In this dynamic role, you will provide immediate medical care and to individuals in need, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective first-aid level care during critical moments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities Respond promptly to calls for first aid, assessing conditions and providing essential first aid care. Administer basic life support (BLS) and advanced medical interventions according to protocols, including CPR and other basic first aid level care.. Operate and maintain medical equipment such as an AED, splinting, hemorrhage control etc. Assist with care activities across diverse populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics, demonstrating compassionate service. Lift heavy equipment or patients safely while adhering to safety standards to prevent injury or strain. Communicate effectively with hospitals, emergency teams, and patients to coordinate care seamlessly. Qualifications Valid certification as an EMT or Paramedic with current licensure in relevant jurisdictions. Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and clinical laboratory practices. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on compassionate care for diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during emergency responses or equipment handling. Current CPR certification along with basic life support (BLS) training required. Pay will commensurate with experience and certification level.
