Position:
- EMT (Basic Life Support & Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) Ride and Care Transportation is seeking
- dedicated and professional EMTs
- to join our growing team. We provide
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- and
- non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT)
- services, ensuring our patients get to and from their medical appointments safely, comfortably, and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and compassionate transport for patients.
- Perform BLS-level patient care as needed.
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.
- Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle.
- Safely load, secure, and unload patients using stretchers or wheelchairs.
- Maintain accurate trip and patient care documentation.
Requirements:
- Current NJ EMT Certification.
- Valid NJ driver's license with clean driving record.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
Preferred:
- Previous stretcher experience in a transport or EMS setting.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
