We help families recover from water and fire damage: fast, fair, and with heart. When a home catches fire, the family is standing on the sidewalk in shock with no idea what happens next. That's where you come in. You're the calm, friendly face who walks up, steadies them, and shows them there's a way forward. We're looking for a caring, level-headed person to respond to fire and disaster scenes across the Reno/Sparks area and help homeowners get started with emergency board-up, mitigation, and restoration services. If you've worked as a firefighter, EMT, paramedic, nurse, police officer, or in any first responder role, you already have the instincts we value: showing up in a crisis, staying steady, and connecting with people when it matters most.
One important note:
this role does not involve handling, negotiating, or settling insurance claims. Your job is to get the homeowner's authorization to begin restoration work — that's it. Everything tied to their insurance claim is handled separately by our licensed claims team, not by you.
