SUMMARY OF POSITION
The primary responsibility of a Tech Aide is to assist the Technologist with day-to-day functions while providing patient care. This includes but is not limited to: assisting patients to and from and on and off the Imaging modality, obtaining history/completing screening sheet as applicable, initiation and maintenance of peripheral venous access, communication with other departments for patient purposes, room set up and tear down, removal of waste, and stocking of supplies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
(S): High School Diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
(S): Prior Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant Experience, Customer Service, Venipuncture, Clerical Experience, Microsoft Suite
