Based in Texas, we support clients locally and nationwide by delivering responsive, dependable medical coverage for a wide range of work sites, productions, gatherings, and client operations. Our team provides a visible medical and safety resource while delivering respectful, high-quality care when needed. Position Overview Elite Medical Services is seeking Texas-licensed EMTs and Paramedics to provide medical standby coverage at construction sites, client locations, productions, concert venues, public gatherings, and other assigned locations. This position is well suited for professionals who are calm under pressure, adaptable, customer-service focused, and committed to professional patient care. Team members may work independently or alongside site personnel, safety teams, supervisors, and other medical professionals. Assignments may range from short-term coverage to ongoing site support and may take place indoors or outdoors. Assignments May Include Construction sites and industrial work locations Commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects Production sets and remote job locations Concert venues Corporate facilities and business operations Community gatherings, private functions, and public-facing client sites Youth sports, recreational activities, and other organized activities Other locations requiring professional medical standby coverage Qualifications and Requirements Current Texas Department of State Health Services EMT-Basic certification or higher Current CPR certification Reliable transportation and the ability to report to assigned locations on time Prior EMS standby, emergency response, occupational medical, construction-site, industrial, or patient-care experience preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Professional appearance, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently Ability to work safely in indoor and outdoor environments Ability to stand, walk, and remain attentive during assigned shifts Ability to work extended shifts, including daytime, nighttime, weekend, and holiday assignments as needed Ability to follow company policies, site-specific safety procedures, and client requirements Schedule and Work Hours Part-time, flexible scheduling based on client and operational needs Shifts may range from 4 to 12 hours Assignments may be available during days, nights, weekends, and occasional holidays Weekend availability is preferred Work schedules and locations may vary by assignment Company-Provided Training and Equipment Required medical supplies are provided by the company OSHA 10 training is provided by the company Site-specific orientation, safety expectations, and assignment details will be communicated before or at the start of each assignment Work Location In person; Houston-area locations and other assigned client sites.
