When transporting individuals to medical appointments, the Driver will ensure that any necessary actions regarding doctor appointments are addressed. Coordinate the sharing of pertinent medical information to the nurse and/or case manager. Must have good communication skills-verbal and written. May have to complete necessary forms for appointments and other paperwork as needed while on an appointment. Will be working with the appointment scheduler and nurses to ensure appointments are completed. . Assists with ambulation and mobility as needed Assist with medications and the performance of RN delegated tasks
