Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) Position Summary Superior Mobile Health is seeking motivated, compassionate Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT-Bs) to join our growing EMS team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality prehospital care while supporting both emergent and non-emergent interfacility transports (IFTs) throughout South Texas. Schedule Options We offer a variety of schedules to fit your lifestyle, including: 24/72 schedules 12-hour shifts 13.5-hour shifts Day shifts Night shifts School-friendly schedules (Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday) 2-2-3 rotating schedules What You'll Do Provide basic emergency medical care within the EMT scope of practice. Respond to emergent and non-emergent interfacility transports across South Texas. Safely operate ambulances in accordance with company policies and emergency vehicle operation standards. Perform patient assessments and communicate findings to receiving providers and team members. Assist paramedics and healthcare professionals during patient care and transport. Safely lift, move, immobilize, and transport patients. Complete accurate electronic patient care reports (ePCR) in a timely manner. Clean, disinfect, restock, and prepare ambulances and equipment after each transport. Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns. Follow all EMS protocols, clinical guidelines, safety standards, and company policies. Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development.
