Position:
Part-Time Inmate Health Medical Staff Department:
Grayson County Health Department - Jail Medical
Minimum Salary:
$22.00 Work any shift: 24-28 hours weekly
Duties:
Medical assessments, TB testing, medication distribution and other related duties as required. Non-smoking work environment. Must be able to work whenever necessary, weekends, days or nights as assigned and holidays. Schedule is set a month in advance. All shifts are generally available.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess EMT, Paramedic, LVN or RN certificate and have had field related work experience.
Requirements:
Candidate must be 21 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. Must be able to work any shift, weekends, and holidays when needed. Selected candidate must pass a criminal background check, inclusive of the GCSO Personal History Statement, driving record check, criminal background check and drug screen. County retirement participation with Texas County and District Retirement System.
