One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As an ER Tech, you will provide crucial support and direct patient care in the fast-paced Emergency Department, ensuring efficient operations and compassionate assistance during critical moments.

Every day you will expertly assist with patient admissions and discharges, perform vital signs and basic medical procedures, maintain a clean and organized environment, and meticulously document observations to support the nursing staff and physician team.

To be successful, you will demonstrate outstanding adaptability, strong communication skills, and a calm, proactive demeanor, contributing significantly to timely patient care and a smooth-running ER. Ensures a professional and responsive atmosphere by greeting patients, visitors, staff, and physicians promptly and courteously. Refers to each individual by name when appropriate. Screens individuals by requesting to see identification or visitor pass.
